PLAYING WITH CULTURE
At TOMLIN STUDIO, we believe gaming is more than just gameplay—it’s the biggest pop culture phenomenon of our time, merging music, media, and entertainment into a single, immersive experience. As a Swedish studio, we craft worlds where players can connect, have fun, and express themselves in new and exciting ways.
From action-packed combat games, fun party games and social experiences, to interactive music-related games, our focus is on blending the energy of Fortnite’s dynamic community with the creativity of storytelling and entertainment. Whether that is battling zombies, conquering snowy peaks, or mixing beats in vibrant virtual arenas, our work is about shaping a future where gaming and culture collide.

Our Approach to UGC Gaming
User-generated content (UGC) gaming is transforming how people engage with media. At TOMLIN STUDIO, we’re at the forefront of this evolution, leveraging platforms like Fortnite (UEFN) to create immersive games that inspire creativity, community, and connection.
While Fortnite’s action and combat elements are at the core of its community, we also see it as a stage for storytelling and self-expression. Through interactive music experiences, narrative-driven adventures, and high-energy gameplay, we aim to push the boundaries of what gaming can offer.
For brands and organizations, we provide a gateway into this cultural shift. By combining gameplay, storytelling, and cultural relevance, we help partners create meaningful interactions in the world’s largest online social spaces.
Meet the TOMLIN STUDIO Team
TOMLIN STUDIO was founded by Tomas Nihlén and Linda Pierre all the way back in 2006 when “web 2.0” was the new buzz word and they helped companies figure out what social media was. After that they’ve been exploring creative tech in many different forms. Creativity and technology combined has always been the red thread through it all.
TOMLIN stands for TOMas and LINda, a creative tech duo with a shared passion for merging art, technology, and culture. Here’s a small introduction to the studio.
Tomas Nihlén
As a Creative Technologist and UEFN Programmer, Tomas combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving. He specializes in Verse programming, gameplay mechanics, and audio-visual integration to bring immersive worlds to life.
Linda Pierre
As a Creative Director and Level Design Lead, Linda creates environments that are both engaging and visually stunning. Her expertise in branding, storytelling, and environmental design ensures every project is immersive, innovative, and culturally relevant.

Showreel 2024
We’re excited to share our latest showreel, a one-minute dive into the worlds we’ve created in Fortnite (UEFN). It’s a snapshot of our vision for merging gaming, music, and storytelling in immersive ways.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Aqua Neon City: A retro-futuristic dystopia filled with zombies, guards, and pollution, where survival meets stunning visuals.
- Knight of the Hill: A snowy battle for dominance, where players chop trees, ride wolves, and fight to claim the crown.
- Party Hard: A music-infused free-for-all box fight arena that’s all about high-energy fun.
- Jam House: An interactive music experience where players can mix and create beats on stage or behind the scenes with up to 99 others.
- DJ BRICK: A gamified music adventure inspired by LEGO, where players collect notes, unlock sounds, and mix music by interacting with colorful bricks.
All the music featured in the showreel was created in-house at TOMLIN STUDIO.
