REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Overview

Because TOMLIN STUDIO and GENERAITR provide digital, studio-managed services and products, our refund policy is tied to whether a purchase has been activated.

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product has not been activated.

Once a product has been activated and production has begun, no refunds are possible.

What “Activation” Means

A product is considered activated when any of the following occurs:

  • You submit an activation request via our contact form after purchase

  • You complete and submit a project/order form

  • A Zoom call or written confirmation results in us starting setup, generation, or production

  • We begin any work, including pipeline setup, generation, post-generation, or project preparation

Activation marks the start of real production work and resource allocation.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The product has not been activated

  • No production, generation, or setup work has started

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of purchase

  • You can provide proof of purchase

Refunds are not available once activation has taken place.

Non-Refundable Products

Once activated, the following are non-refundable:

  • AI Image Generation Packages

  • AI Video Generation Packages

  • AI Post-Generation Packages

  • Studio time, live sessions, or production services

  • Any custom, studio-managed or partially delivered work

This includes Early Access products.

Activation Window

After purchase:

  • You have up to 30 days to activate your product

  • If no activation occurs within this period, you may request a refund

  • If activation occurs at any time within those 30 days, the purchase becomes non-refundable

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank

  • You will receive confirmation by email once processed

If you do not see the refund after processing:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If still unresolved, contact us at the email below

Sale & Early Access Items

  • Early Access pricing does not affect refund eligibility

  • Refund rules are based solely on activation status, not price

  • Activated sale or Early Access items are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If a technical or delivery issue occurs due to our error, we will of course work with you to resolve it.

No Physical Returns

All products and services are digital.
No physical shipping or returns apply.
